How long does it take to receive my package?
  
Please allow for up to 2-3 days for processing your order. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you can expect up to 2-3 weeks delivery.

What Can I Do If I Received A Damaged Item?

If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately at office@vxlshop.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible!

We are not responsible for any damages caused by wear and tear if the item does not fit due to issues with sizing. Damages caused by refitting and resizing on your own will not be accepted.

  
Why did I only receive part of my order?
  
To better serve our worldwide customers, we have distribution centers around the world. If you ordered multiple different products, your order may arrive in separate shipments.
